Most CVs that get rejected in Uganda aren't rejected because the candidate lacks experience — they're rejected because the CV is hard to read.
Two pages is plenty for most job seekers. List your most recent and relevant experience first, and cut anything older than 10 years unless it's directly relevant.
"Managed a sales team" says less than "Managed a team of 6 sales reps and grew monthly revenue by 20%." Employers scan for numbers first.
Match the language in the job description. If they ask for "stakeholder management", use that exact phrase if it applies to your experience.
